In recent years, our most versatile and successful pen family has been the Fortuna, as it has provided us with the perfect canvas for expressing all sorts of moods and emotions. After combat boots, cargo pants, military wristwatches, aviator sunglasses, NATO-style straps, tattoos, and other military elements from around the world have become endearing to civilians, we asked ourselves: "Why not a pen? And why not dress it up in its own camouflage?"

In the “Camouflage Collection,” the new pen is available in three main models: fountain pen, rollerball, and ballpoint. The earth-toned camouflage pattern is inspired by actual military designs, rendered in resin with brushed bronze finishes. For those who value military precision, the technical term for the color is “IP dark brown.” The fountain pen is available in both cartridge and converter-fed versions, with a stainless steel nib engraved with Montegrappa’s signature octagonal motif. It is available in the standard writing grades: Fine, Medium, and Broad.

As with any military operation, details (and accessories) are an essential part of the experience. Each Camouflage pen is housed in a metal container, similar to a first aid kit, and comes with dog tags and a special keychain with a military-style target.
